Birth Visioning Session 

Meet with Jess in person or at a distance to work on and develop your birth plan. This session helps you advocate for yourself, prepare questions for your physician or midwife, remember your inner birthing wisdom, and to understand your desires and wishes for birth and after baby comes home.

Coaching and Healing Birth Sessions

Individual coaching and preparation sessions to assist you to align with birth, birth without fear. Or to assist you to recover from previous painful and traumatic birth experiences. 

Appointments are tailored to your needs. Loving support and intuitive guidance as you prepare to align with birth and the new soul coming forward. Receive guidance, take aways, practices for lifting your energy, botanical support, and feel more centered.

Birth Doula Services 

A birth doula offers you comfort and support for the entire birth journey. I am a doula that teaches mothers to advocate for themselves. I provide resources, tools, and support, without ever telling you what you need to do. I am there for your every step of the way, staying by your side, supporting you where you need me, and allowing you to birth in your way. 

Available in the Hancock area and throughout the Keweenaw Peninsula in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Receive individualized appointments for your upcoming birth. Includes prenatal visits, birth support and assistance, and postnatal follow up visits. 

Jess has trained at Center for the Childbearing Year in Ann Arbor Michigan and completed DONA certification level childbirth education and Birth Doula Training Intensives. Being at births and serving mothers and their families is a humble honor.
